What is self storage?
Self-storage allows customers, businesses or individuals to rent units to keep their belongings. ARENA Storage offers a number of units that can be rented for short or long term periods.
How long do I need to book my storage unit for?
Our standard minimum rental period is one month. Our contracts are flexible and can be shortened or extended at any time.
What storage units do you have?
We provide a range of unit sizes for all your personal and business storage needs in Dubai.
How does the process work?
You can visit our storage facility to view our storage units and select what’s best for you. Or you can book online or on the phone. Thereafter, we will contact you about logistics.
Do you have customer support?
Yes, you can message our customer support team and we will contact you within 30 minutes of inquiring.
How do the prices work?
The prices are dependent on the size of your storage unit and the duration of your booking. Advance payment also has the advantage of a lower rate. Speak to our customer service agents to work out the best deal for you.
What can't I store?
Food or perishable items may not be stored. Hazardous goods are expressly forbidden (a copy of the relevant clause will be provided upon customer request).
Are your storage units climate controlled?
Yes. Many items can be sensitive to heat, humidity or both, which is why ARENA Storage offers climate-controlled units that are well maintained.
Do you offer storage insurance for my items?
Yes, we offer insurance and security for all our storage facilities and the items that we keep. In addition to monthly storage fees, our clients have the option of purchasing insurance for the valuables they have stored.
